O. DiBella Music stands among the oldest family-owned music retail businesses in the country. The operations had been run out of a residential home in suburban New Jersey for over 30 years. When the members of the founding family decided to build a commercial building, their goal was to create a larger structure that still maintained the feel of a house so their customers would understand that they were not turning into a big box retailer.

The brick structure and pitched roofs helped achieve this look and successfully created the image the client wanted to portray.
